The world feels like a caricature, and a lot of locations just wouldn't work in real life. The world makes a lot of sense for the original plan for 20 years post bombs, but 210 years makes it a bit much. The cons for Fallout 3 would be a very weak main story, very dated gameplay, and issues with overall story. That jovial spirit is contrasted against a great rendition of a post-apocalyptic hellscape.
